Dr. Delano earned a degree in Biology from Salisbury University in 2002 before graduating from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006.
Since then, she has focused on emergency medicine across Maryland and has spent the past 10 years practicing in the Annapolis area.
Dr. Delano lives in Annapolis with her husband and their daughter, Caroline. Their household also includes a Havanese named Sheldon Cooper, five cats (Molly, Ben, Izzy, Hawkeye, and Yardstick), a leopard gecko named Axel, and a saltwater reef aquarium. Outside of work, she enjoys assembling jigsaw puzzles and baking.
Dr. Delano has undergone extensive ultrasound training with the MiVU team, as well as taking additional courses through Sonopath and WAVE. She is enthusiastic about expanding access to diagnostic ultrasound in the Annapolis area and beyond.
