Lauren Soltow joined MiVU in 2017 as an Administrative Support team member and has grown alongside the organization into her current role as Practice Manager.
A Northern Virginia native, Lauren continues to call Virginia home, where she lives with her two children, Liam and Elena, and her dog, Charlie.
Having always been passionate about animals and interested in the medical field, Lauren finds fulfillment in supporting the veterinary professionals who care directly for pets and the clients who love them. Throughout her time with MiVU, she has enjoyed helping both the team and the practice grow while fostering positive experiences for referring veterinarians and pet owners alike.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and expressing her creativity through a variety of crafting projects.
